We partner with trusted third-party fulfillment providers, including Zendrop, to handle warehousing, packaging, and delivery of our products.

By purchasing from EzyLife, you acknowledge that fulfillment and logistics may be handled by external partners, and that EzyLife is not the shipping carrier.

  • You will provide accurate and complete information during checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our discretion if these terms are violated.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and details on our website are accurate.
However, minor variations in color, design, or packaging may occur due to supplier or manufacturing updates.

EzyLife does not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our website are free of errors, but we will promptly correct any inaccuracies once identified.

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.

  • Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.

Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout.
All transactions are securely processed using Shopify’s encrypted payment gateway.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our third-party logistics partners (including Zendrop) using a global network of warehouses.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada & USA: 7 – 15 business days

  • Other destinations: 10 – 25 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier issues, or factors beyond our control.

Once an order has been fulfilled and handed over to the shipping carrier, EzyLife is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by third-party couriers.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Depending on your country, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
These are not included in your order total and are collected by local authorities.
EzyLife and its partners are not responsible for these charges or for delays caused by customs processes.

7. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your order!
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a resolution.

Refunds and replacements are subject to verification and must comply with our fulfillment partner’s return guidelines.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that time, orders are typically already in processing and cannot be cancelled.
To cancel, please contact Shop@ezylife.ca as soon as possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

EzyLife shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Delays or failures caused by third-party carriers or fulfillment partners

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged packages after confirmed delivery

  • Misuse of products by the customer

  • Inaccuracies in information provided by users at checkout

In all cases, EzyLife’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

10. Third-Party Services

EzyLife may use third-party services (including Zendrop, carriers, or payment processors) to operate our business.
By using our site, you acknowledge that these third parties may handle your order or payment information in accordance with their own privacy and operational policies.

EzyLife is not responsible for errors, delays, or service interruptions caused by these providers but will assist in resolving issues whenever possible.
