We’re committed to providing high-quality products and an excellent shopping experience.
Because we work with trusted global fulfillment partners, including Zendrop, our return and refund process follows clear guidelines to ensure transparency and fairness.
1. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this window, the order may already be processed or shipped by our fulfillment partner and cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please email Shop@ezylife.ca with your order number as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed by Zendrop’s fulfillment centers, EzyLife cannot guarantee cancellation or changes.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We will gladly replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To report an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Your order number

Clear photos of the item showing the issue

A photo of the packaging, if applicable
After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
⚠️ Please do not return items to the sender address on the package — our fulfillment centers (managed by Zendrop) vary by product and region, and unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
3. Returns for Change of Mind
We currently do not accept returns for:

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

Incorrect size, color, or product ordered

Shipping or customs delays
Our fulfillment is automated through Zendrop’s global logistics network, so once an order enters processing, it cannot be recalled or redirected.
4. Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of shipment, please contact us.
We will open an investigation with our fulfillment partner and the shipping carrier.
If the order is confirmed lost or undeliverable, we’ll issue a replacement or refund.
Please note that EzyLife is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by customs, incorrect addresses, or carrier issues beyond our control.
5. Authorized Returns Process
If your return is approved (for damaged, defective, or incorrect items), you will receive:

A Return Authorization Number (RAN)

The correct return address (as provided by our fulfillment partner)

Instructions for sending your product back
Once the return is received and inspected by the fulfillment warehouse, a refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.
6. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 3–10 business days for funds to appear.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
EzyLife reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions or where the issue was caused by factors outside our control, such as courier mishandling.
7. Delivery Issues
If tracking shows your package as “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

Check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office.

If the package remains missing, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
We will open a delivery investigation through Zendrop’s logistics network.
However, EzyLife cannot guarantee a refund if the carrier confirms successful delivery to the provided address.
8. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective:

Personal care or wellness items

Intimate or wearable accessories

Custom or made-to-order products
9. Responsibility Disclaimer
EzyLife partners with Zendrop to manage global product sourcing, warehousing, and shipping.
Once an order has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier, EzyLife is not responsible for:

Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

Additional import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your local authorities
EzyLife will, however, always assist customers in communicating with Zendrop and carriers to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
