    To make your experience smooth and transparent, please review our shipping details below.


    1. Order Processing

    • All orders are processed and fulfilled through our trusted logistics partner, Zendrop.

    • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

    • Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and link.

    • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

    Please note: Once an order has been processed and shipped by Zendrop, it cannot be modified or cancelled.


    2. Shipping & Delivery Times

    Because we work with a global fulfillment network, your order may ship from one of several international warehousesdepending on product availability and your location.

    Canada & United States 7 – 15 business days
    Australia, UK & EU 10 – 20 business days
    Rest of World 15 – 25 business days

    *These are average estimates. Delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

    EzyLife and Zendrop are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, weather events, or other factors outside our control.


    3. Shipping Fees

    • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 CAD.

    • Orders under $50 CAD have a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 CAD.

    • Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before payment.

    • Expedited shipping may be available for select products, depending on warehouse and destination.


    4. Tracking Information

    • Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.

    • It may take 3–5 business days for the tracking number to become active after dispatch.

    • If tracking hasn’t updated within 5 business days, please contact Shop@ezylife.ca, and we’ll follow up with our fulfillment partner on your behalf.


    5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

    • Depending on your country, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

    • These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

    • EzyLife and Zendrop have no control over these fees and cannot predict the exact amount.

    • Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.


    6. Incorrect Addresses

    • Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.

    • EzyLife is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

    • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll notify you and a re-shipping fee may apply.


    7. Lost or Stolen Packages

    Once an order has been shipped and marked as “delivered” by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered.
    EzyLife cannot be held responsible for:

    • Packages lost after confirmed delivery

    • Theft from mailboxes, doorsteps, or parcel lockers

    However, if your package is lost in transit (before delivery confirmation), we’ll open a shipping investigation with Zendrop and the carrier.
    If confirmed lost, a replacement or refund will be issued.


    8. Split Shipments

    To ensure faster delivery, your order may arrive in multiple packages if products are shipped from different fulfillment centers.
    Each package will have its own tracking number and estimated delivery time.


    9. Delivery Delays

    Occasionally, unexpected delays may occur due to:

    • Customs inspections or import restrictions

    • Carrier service disruptions

    • Weather or natural events

    • Peak shipping periods (e.g., holidays or promotions)

    While we cannot control these factors, our team will always assist you in tracking your shipment and resolving any issues.


    10. Responsibility Disclaimer

    EzyLife partners with Zendrop for order fulfillment, warehousing, and global logistics.
    Once your order has been handed over to Zendrop and the shipping carrier:

    • EzyLife is not responsible for shipping delays, customs issues, or lost parcels beyond our control.

    • We will, however, do everything possible to assist in resolving shipping concerns and filing claims with Zendrop or the carrier if needed.
